The 58th Annual DRAP Training Conference is just around the corner! This year, we’re excited to return to the historic battlefields of Gettysburg at the Wyndham Gettysburg (95 Presidential Cir, Gettysburg, PA 17325) from October 19th to October 23rd, 2025.
We’re pleased to announce that the conference room block is now open for attendees to make reservations. The room rate is $154.00per night (plus applicable taxes), and parking is FREE!
Conference Hotel Update: Overflow Room Block Now Available!
Our original room block at the Wyndham Gettysburg is SOLD OUT! To accommodate attendees, we have secured an overflow room block at the Marriott Courtyard Gettysburg (115 Presidential Cir, Gettysburg, PA 17325), which is conveniently located adjacent to the Wyndham and shares the same FREE parking lot.
The room rate remains the same at $154.00 per night (plus applicable taxes).
We encourage attendees to book their rooms as soon as possible to ensure availability.
If you receive a “timed out” message when using the Marriott Courtyard Book Online link, you will need to make your reservation using your county or personal network, as PACSES blocks this function.
The Marriott Courtyard Book Online link permits a maximum stay of three nights. To book a fourth night, you must create a separate reservation. According to the hotel, this is a Marriott Courtyard policy for conference bookings.
When making reservations, please use the individual attendee’s name rather than a single name for multiple rooms. If needed, names can be adjusted closer to the conference date.
If you plan to pay by check, please note that the Wyndham and Marriot Courtyard requires the payment to be received at least two weeks prior to the conference date. Ensure that the check clearly indicates “DRAP Conference” along with the names of the attendees.
