Chester County Domestic Relations & Courts Introduces Our New Client-Centered Digital Kiosk!
We’re pleased to announce a new addition to our services that will enhance the way you interact with our Domestic Relations Courts. While we continue to offer live receptionists for personal assistance, we’re introducing a digital kiosk for those who prefer a self-service, tech-savvy option.
Our Client-Centered Digital Kiosk is designed to provide you with easy access to:
- Information on Domestic Relations matters
- Domestic Relations payment options – Live Links to CSWS
- Forms for filing and requests ( QR code or email it to your email address)
- FAQ’s for most departments
- 211 link
- Helpful maps to navigate the Justice Center Building.
This kiosk, hosted by Maria, our avatar navigator, will be available in the 3rd floor hallway, giving you the freedom to access the information and services you need at your own pace.
We are excited to offer this additional tool to make your experience more convenient and efficient. Of course, our friendly live receptionists are still available if you prefer in-person assistance, but now you can choose the method that best suits your needs.
