The 2024 Western DRAP conference will be held on June 12th, 13th, and 14th in Cambria County at the downtown Johnstown Holiday Inn. Spend some time in Flood City, PA! Discover the city that rose from the floodwaters in 1889 when 20 million tons of water broke through the South Fork Dam, rushed down the Conemaugh River, and destroyed four square miles of town. Come see the historic buildings, marked by the 11-foot-high water, left standing when Clara Barton arrived to conduct the first-ever major disaster relief effort for the American Red Cross.
