Lackawanna County is proud to host the 2026 Eastern DRAP Conference, taking place April 30 – May 1, 2026. This annual event brings together professionals from across the region for two days of learning, collaboration, and networking focused on advancing best practices in our field.

Hotel Accommodations Now Available for the Eastern DRAP Conference
We are pleased to announce that a hotel room block has been secured for attendees of the Eastern DRAP Conference at the Hilton Scranton & Conference Center, conveniently located at 100 Adams Avenue, Scranton, PA 18503-1826.
