14th Annual Joseph Waters Memorial Golf Outing Registration

DRAP is proud to host the 14th Annual Joseph Waters Memorial Golf Outing in conjunction with the 2026 Western DRAP Conference, an event that celebrates the memory of a remarkable individual and furthers a cause close to his heart. This year, we are excited to hold the outing at DuBois Country Club in DuBois, PA.

Since its inception, DRAP has awarded over $75,000 in scholarships in the name of David L. Christensen, another revered figure in the community and the former Director of Erie County Domestic Relations. David, like Joe, dedicated his professional life to the betterment of children and families. These scholarships not only honor his memory but also embody the spirit of giving and support that is central to DRAP’s mission.

One of the most impactful ways DRAP honors Joe’s legacy is through the Joseph Waters Memorial Golf Outing. This annual event is more than a gathering for golf enthusiasts; it’s a celebration of community, commitment, and the pursuit of educational dreams. The tournament’s proceeds go towards funding scholarships, enabling individuals to pursue higher education.
